Charlene is a ROCKSTAR! I cannot tell you how many times I am delighted (in a day) to see progress on things that I have been STUCK for months on doing….yes, it’s like a little fairy working her magic behind the scenes.

To top it all off, our communication is fantastic, I have implicit trust in everything she does, she figures things out with minimal direction, she creates and adheres to deadlines, we have great brainstorm sessions and SHE keeps ME on track.
